Our Priorat wine tour will start in Gratallops, the Priorat´s wine Cathedral, where we can find four of the most important and renowned wineries in the Priorat region. Although the Priorat wines have been produced for centuries, it is only recently in the past decade or so, that these have taken a quantitative leap in quality that now puts them on the forefront of Spanish wines. This revolution has been taking place mainly by these five visionaries winemakers: Clos de l´Obac from Carles Pastrana, Daphne Glorian (Clos Erasmus), Clos Mogador, from René Barbier, and of course Alvaro Palacios, and José Lluis Perez (Clos Martinet, and father of Sara Perez) Get ready for the adventure! :
