Clients will be collected at the Barcelona hotel around 09.30. Day will consist on visiting two highly-renowned wineries (masias) in the small towns of Sant Pau d´Ordal and Avinyonet del Penedés. These ‘masias’, or traditional Catalan farmsteads, are surrounded by vineyards and unspoilt countryside at the foothills of the Garraf mountain range, which is a spectacular experience in its own right. We will enjoy a visit and a private tasting led by oenologists from the house in both wine cellars.  

At lunchtime we will head towards Sant Sadurni d´Anoia, capital of the Cava region, to enjoy a traditional Catalan cuisine at one the best  Restaurants in Sant Sadurní d´Anoia . After lunch our return to Barcelona is scheduled around 5:30pm.

Full day excursion to The Penedés (45minutes from Barcelona): The Penedés region has long been the largest wine region in Catalonia, and it is also Cava country, a great example of both tradition and modernity.
